Who Are We Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • 6 months to 1 year of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with manual testing techniques and methodologies.
    • Experience with bug tracking tools, such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
    • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Desire to learn and grow in the field of quality assurance and software testing.

What You Will Be Doing

    • Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure functionality meets specifications.
    • Develop and execute test cases and test scripts based on project requirements and user stories.
    • Collaborate with developers to reproduce, investigate, and resolve software defects.
    • Document and track defects using bug-tracking tools, such as Jira or Trello.
    • Participate in team meetings to provide status updates on testing progress and discuss any issues or concerns.
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of test plans, test suites, and testing documentation.
    • Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process by identifying areas for automation, efficiency gains, and best practices.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.
